It's so bloody cold, but I still ventured outside to do some shopping and found a really nice place that sells thin wool yarn of beautiful basic colours that I like the most.
So, I've got about 150 gr of deep grey wool I plan to use for knitting an aran sweater for Theo and 150g of green I'm not sure what to use for. Maybe a cardigan for MSD?  Well, I'm off choosing patterns and having some more hot tea. See you later?

I'm making a couple of denim sleeveless dresses.
I was lucky to find a really thin denim fabric for the dress and cute dotted cotton for underlining. I think they look great together.

Here's the progress so far. I plan to make A-line oversized dress that can be work with a t-shirt or over another dress.

Well, it's October already, the air is getting cooler and cooler, leaves turn yellow. It means it's one of my favourite holidays soon. Yes! Halloween time!
I thought I'd make couple of Halloween themed photo shoots this year, but when I started looking for props I realized I must make them myself, since most of the stuff I find in stores or online is the wrong size or shape.
So, the first thing to set the right mood is of cause to make some carved pumpkin.

When one creates something it's rewarding to see the result, to see the idea come to life and it's even more rewarding when someone appreciates the work as well. So far I've been very lucky with my Etsy clients and it's always interesting to see what happens with the items I send. Usually I get feedback directly on site, but sometimes I also get photos or a link to a video review sent to me.
I must tell you when I see something like this my heart melts and I feel extremely proud of my work and happy to encounter such nice and interesting people through Etsy. This is a very sweet video review from Anne Pecaro. So, when I'm feeling my knitting and sewing skills suck I watch this. And it helps. Thanks once again Anne!

Hi, everyone!
Well what do you know - I've finally got myself a blog! I've wanted to create a blog about my BJDs and handmade process, so it could help me to organize my projects and keep track on how my dolls change with time. I plan to share my doll's photo sessions, some backstage of handmade creation and other things in this blog.
Let's see how it goes!
So, some of you might know already, my name is Mari and I'm a ball-joined doll hobbyist.
My addiction started with Doll Chateau Bella that I've bought in 2013 and now I'm a happy owner of four BJDs and two Azone/Picco Neemo hybrids:

Martine (Doll Chateau Bella)

 Mia ( Spiritdoll Liana)

Taimi (Doll Chateau Ada and Russell hybrid)

Theo ( Artist Shelma - Mold Victor)

And two teeny-tiny Azone/Nendoroid hybrids

I'm also an owner of Etsy shop of handmade BJD Clothes and accessories (Greyeyed's Doll Wardrobe).  Feel free to check it out if you're looking for sewn of knitted clothes and accessories for your BJD.
